October

October was a really good month full of mostly nice weather!

We kicked off the month with an England reunion.  Our bishop came for general conference, and stayed with us, which gave us a great excuse to finally get together with some long lost friends that now live in Utah.

Milo highlights were seeing the falling leaves, and picking out a pumpkin, and Hazel's were school and playing with her cute friends.

Other highlights were singing at a few Harvest/Halloween venues with the Vintage Vixens.  It's my most favorite thing to do.

A trip to Black Island farm with the Tabatabaeis was especially fun!

A huge highlight for me was getting to record and do a video of my favorite song ever, from my favorite musical; I Dreamed A Dream from Les Miserables.  And Wadley Farms in Lindon could not have been a more beautiful venue!

Halloween parties, dressing up, trick-or-treating and more!  So much to love about this month!

Until next year!

Halloween!

I like Halloween.  Not the creepy stuff, just the excuse to dress up and have some fun.

First Hazel dressed up as Jessie from Toy Story for her school Halloween party, and I dressed as a witch because I was helping at the party.  My contribution was 'Pin The Nose on The Witch'.  It was a hit with the kiddos.

Later we dressed up for a pre-trick-or-treat dinner with some neighbors, followed by trick-or-treating, and then a neighborhood party in the park.  Hazel thought that was the coolest event ever!

My favorite part was when I asked Hazel how many pieces of candy she was going to eat.  She confidently said, "Two!"  I just smiled and left it at that.  Ha ha.

Mr. & Mrs. Potato Head

Buzz Lightyear

Princess Belle

Hope you all had a fun and eventful day too!
