So, I'm into eating healthy and stuff. I always have been, and seem to get more and more so as the years go on. Now I have a wonderful daughter who is rather sensitive to a variety of things, the main one being wheat. So my new project this year has been to compile all my favorite, healthy, and toddler/husband approved gluten-free recipes that I've adapted. I always use organic products if possible, and no refined sugar or funky additives. If you are on a hunt for healthy, tasty, and/or gluten-free recipes, come take a peek.
