Austria; Day Two (Part One)

I was very excited to go to Austria for my first time.  It was only a small drive from where we were staying in Munich, Germany over to Salzburg, Austria.

Our first stop was to the Mirabell Gardens to see the horse fountain, where several scenes from The Sound of Music were filmed.  Maria and the children sang Do-Re-Mi while dancing around the fountain and using the stairs as a musical scale.  So-oo magical to be there.

After that, we went over to Mozart's House, so cool, followed by some window shopping.  The most amusing part was that we were dying of heat, and thought it must've been extremely hot.  Nope, just 75 degrees.  These pale, chilly weather England peeps can't handle such extreme temperatures I guess. ;)

(And if I had lots of money, I would've bought Hazel a dirndl.  Cutest little dresses I've ever seen in my life.  Oh well, I'll keep dreaming.)

A little more still coming...
