Bath, England

Bath has been on our bucket list since moving to England, and so we were happy to finally get to see this area.  The heart of the city itself was very unusual to me because of the crowded boxy looking apartments throughout.  It was still really neat to see (and sadly I didn't take any pics)...

But the country surrounding Bath was breathtaking!  We stopped at the beautiful Prior Park, and enjoyed seeing the Palladian Bridge that overlooked the gardens.

Our last stop of the day was visiting St. Edward's Church, in Stow on the Wold.  It is a Church of England parish church, and a tourist attraction because of the north door which is flanked by yew trees.  So cool!

Just a few days left...

So beautiful. They talk about going there a lot in Jane Austen books. Now I've seen it (sort of)! how cool.
