Johnny and I went home to Utah for him to graduate with his Doctorate, and then celebrate at Disneyland and California Adventure. We got to see friends and family and Mickey Mouse all in one trip. It was pretty much the best vacation ever!

Goofy had some sort of fascination with messing up my hair. Not just once but twice, and in separate locations! It was funny to those watching, but not so much to me.

So while Johnny and I were waiting at the L.A. airport for our flight home, Johnny said to me, "isn't that Sara Bareilles?" I took a glance, and sure enough, it was really her!!! I was slightly star struck saying that I'm a huge fan of hers, and there she was. Johnny and I started talking to her, and now we're best friends, and she's going to call me tonight, and we're going to have a sleepover. Okay, so basically 3/4ths of that last sentence was a lie, but we really did chat for a bit, and I have the pic to prove it! Pretty freaking awesome. Something funny . . . I love Sara Bareilles too, but I don't think I would have recognized her, in fact I thought, is Becky playing a joke with a look a like or is that really her? So I googled her images and you have to check this one out.

How exciting that your husband is graduated-and with a doctorate! And I'm so jealous of all of your vacationing. I love Disneyland! I want to go back again soon. We got to visit that "happy place" three times while we were in LA, but it just wasn't enough.

I am so excited for you guys! I can't even imagine how amazing it must feel to be done! Some day.... We are planning on going to Disney Land when Brett graduates too.
