Kentwell Hall

Rachel, Gavin, Hazel, and I thoroughly enjoyed our outing today to Kentwell Hall.  This stately home is in Long Melford, and has beautiful gardens, and an adorable farm.  Most of the current building dates back to the mid 16th-century.  It has also been the background location for numerous film and tv productions.

I especially enjoyed watching Hazel flirt and tease Gavin (ex: holding her arms out to lure Gavin into a hug, but then run away once he approaches her).

I was also obsessed with the sculpted bushes, and plethora of butterflies.

We also met a peculiar stocking peacock, that snatched Gavin's snack right out of his sweet innocent hand.

Loved this day.
