Belgium (Part One)

About two weeks ago, we headed to Belgium for the weekend.  We've been to Brussels before, but this time we wanted to see Bruges (Brugge).  Our hotel was outside of Bruges, in a place called Ghent.  Oh, my what a place.  We have never heard anything about Ghent, and so we were surprised to love it as much as we did.  It was adorable.

It was also really fun trying the traditional candy there called Cuberdon, or "little noses".  They're raspberry flavored, no sugar added triangular shaped sweets, that have been baked for three days.  Hazel was especially a fan of these.

(Check out that fluffy, red grandpa hair on Milo!  His hair isn't even red in real life, but it looks like there's potential there.  And my handsome blue-eyed boys...)

Some more coming soon...
