We're out of our house which is pretty sad, but exciting too. We are now living at the Temporary Living Facility on base, which pretty much is terrible. It's very old, very small, very dirty, and very much full of bugs. Hazel has booted us out of THE bedroom and so Johnny and I are stuck sleeping on the mega-springy pull out bed. Got the picture yet?
So you think, just go outside and enjoy some fresh air, but then we remember that it's in the 100's and I have a very white child. Any suggestions for us on how to kill time??
Here are some pics of our moving journey thus far, and Hazel enjoying the packing process.

At least Hazel has been able to stay smiley for most of this process.
Well as long as we play peek-a-boo about, oh, every 3 minutes.
Goodbye 5 thousand pounds of stuff. See you in England. Please stay strong piano.
Goodbye bedroom, goodbye house. I've thoroughly enjoyed our 3 years together.
(Did I mention that the 1st and biggest cockroach I've ever seen came to tell me goodbye on our final night? Yeah, Johnny smashed that thing before it could even consider relocating).

Moving is always such a treat. At least you're ending up somewhere cool. You'll have to tell us how you like living abroad and being so far away from family. And Ryan and I both said "she looks just like Becky- it's unreal!" right after Ryan said "well we did it. We had a black baby!". Luckily the swelling/bruising went down and my name has been cleared :)
Hazel, get down from there! How did you get on top of those boxes? You make me nervous. i will miss your home in Texas. It was a very nice place. I've enjoyed my visits to your home. I look forward to visiting you in England.
Oh Becky, how is that I haven't seen you in THIS long and I feel so sad that you're leaving the country? :D But how exciting for you!!! Seriously, I am slightly jealous. :D
I can't believe Hazel sat up there! Violet would freak! Lots of boxes!
